Spring Fun

I took my younger two with me the other day to Natania's soccer practice and after awhile I we walked over to the school playground there. Enjoy the pics, I got some really good shots!

Soccer Star in the Making

This is my son's first year at playing AYSO soccer. I got some great shots of him at his first practice. For us age bracket they practice for 30min and then play against another team for 30min. Unfortunately, this week was practice. The photos were taken with my new sony camera which I'm really excited about. Last year I missed alot of great shots because my old camera didn't have fast enough speed. At least that is how I understand it. Now I can hold down the button when in action mode and get about 5 consecutive photos.

Finding Her Own Style

My Arianna is turning into her own person as she gets older. It's a nice change to see coming. There were days when I wondered if we would ever get out of big, baggy t-shirts. Now she is a little more interested in style/fashion. She has been getting into a few flair style pants which she use to hate. Once soccer season is over she plans to get her ears pierced. She still tends towards more dramatic style clothing pants with almost holes in them. Brand new those are outrageous in price so we buy ours at Goodwill. Or shirts with purple or pink skull bones instead anything flowery. For now that will do though. I'm curious to see how her style changes over the years. She is also becoming quite talented in drawing which is really fun to see. She has been practicing people and faces. She plans to put together a display for our homeschool display fair in May.

Easter Fun

Here are some shots from Easter Day. This year was unusually warm somewhere around 60. Last year we still had snow on the ground. That's no way to celebrate Easter if you ask me.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANNALIESE

One of my babies turned 9 today. It's hard to believe how time flies. Annaliese has a really good friend in Eau Claire that she met a choir class who was born on the same day. So it's fun for them to get together and see how much they have in common. Annaliese keeps begging me to let her get her ears pierced so we will be looking into that for her. I actually don't mind her getting them done I just dont' want her to panic after one ear and then not want to do the other. Plus I want to make sure she remembers to clean them and stuff. It least it would be a new idea for Christmas stocking gifts.
