I finally got down past the 150 mark on the scale. I felt like I was stuck above that for forever. I've been trying really hard to follow the weight watchers points system and to exercise several times a week. I think so far I've lost around 16lbs but way more is coming off in inches. I started at around an 18/20 and am down to a 11/12 on average but some jeans run small from certain companies like Old Navy and Aeropostale so then I'm about a 13/14. I'm not sure how long it will take me to get to my ultimate goal which would be around 110lbs but I'm hoping by the end of the summer if not sooner. Wish me luck.

Congrats! I just found out I have a thyroid issue. I am hoping that once that is settled, I will be in the same direction.

Oh congratulations! That's great:) Yeah, inches will melt away before you see it on the scales.

Therese, I have hypothyroidism and have to take a pill everyday. You'll just really have to watch your caloric intake luv. Routine:)

Lisa-Wordless Wednesday is all over the place, so no, I don't sign up somewhere! :D

Also, the meds for my thyroid should actually help me lose weight! (Yay!)

That is awesome!! Congratulations! I know how you feel...I've been stuck up there for over a year now, and have finally begun to lose some. I'm doing Jillian Michael's workouts! They're awesome!
